UPCOMING

Transcendance - Eve of St. George
January 26th-28th 2018
An immersive voyeuristic re-creation of one of our most chilling tales. Audience members are greeted, masqued and then set free to roam the four levels and countless rooms of the Great Hall as they wish, as the story unfolds around them… and sometimes interacts with them. Each person’s experience of the show will be unique. Follow a character, investigate the environment, rifle through in the private effects of the characters… but whatever you do, don’t venture into any of the rooms that are locked. There is a reason they are locked.

December 9th-11th and 14th-17th 2016
Choreographer Sonya Tayeh (Obie and Lucille Lortel Award Winner, Drama-Desk-and Emmy nominated) brings us you'll still call me by name, an emotionally charged dance-symphony that explores a mystifying, complex and jagged relationship between a mother and daughter. The piece exposes the cellular desire for familial acceptance, intimately investigating and dissecting the heartbreaking chasm that forms when it is lost - and the endurance it takes to transcend that space between. Original live music composed by indie-folk duo The Bengsons.

I truly believe that this art form - dance - gives you no choice but to question everything about yourself, what you want and what you truly believe in. We explore and revisit those questions every single day. We are forced to get real and be honest with ourselves. Doing this - practicing being in your body, and pursuing total connection - is a beautiful responsibility.
